Hannah was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where, much to the dismay of the neighbors, her family always had a selection of dogs, cats, rabbits, pigs and horses running around their suburban property. Hannah has a BA in Spanish Literature from Cornell University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. She lived in the Bay Area and worked in the investment business for many years after graduate school and relocated to paradise in Tahoe City in 2001. Hannah is co-founder and partner of Emerald Bay Wealth Management LLC, a registered investment advisory firm based in Tahoe City, complete with dog-friendly offices. Hannah’s two dogs, Wallace and Gromit, take their jobs very seriously – while Hannah works away, they try to keep the snoring down to a dull roar.
