Because our space is limited, we kindly ask that all furniture donations be approved before drop-off. To donate, please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Your contact details: (first & last name, email, and phone number)
• Type of Item(s)
• Item Description: (including approximate dimensions, materials, etc.)
• Condition of Item(s): (like new, gently used, some wear but functional, or need repair – PLEASE NOTE, items in need of repair may not be accepted)
• Photos of your item(s) – highly encouraged!
• Your preferred drop-off date
• *If bringing more than one piece of furniture, please follow all the guidelines above for describing your additional items. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate multiple items in one drop-off.
• Our staff will review your submission and respond within 2-3 business days. Once approved, we will coordinate your donation drop-off.
• Your cooperation helps us keep our donation process running smoothly, and your generosity helps animals in need find their forever homes. Together, we’re making second chances possible.

While we appreciate the intention of all donations, due to space constraints, sellability, and legal reasons, we cannot accept everything, so please be sure to check our lists of acceptable and unacceptable items.

We accept donations anytime between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday – Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Thrifty Tails Boutique located at 12047 Donner Pass Rd., Suite A3 in Truckee. Please note, furniture donations must be approved before dropping off.
