12th Annual Black Tie & Tails Fundraising Gala

Saturday, September 19, 2020 - 5:30pm to 10:30pm

The Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe's 12th Annual Black Tie & Tails Fundraising Gala has been postponed until Saturday, September 19, 2020.

We hope current Gala ticket holders will be able to join us at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe for the same fabulous experience, just on a new date in September.

To accommodate questions regarding our new date, we've provided important information below:

  • If you have already purchased tickets and are able to attend on September 19, 2020, we'll simply apply your ticket purchase to the new date.
  • Because HSTT's Black Tie & Tails Fundraising Gala is our most important fundraiser of the year; allowing us to fund lifesaving programs and provide vital services to our community members, we hope guests will understand the financial hardship HSTT will face because of this postponement. With that in mind, if you are unable to attend, please consider donating your ticket purchase. If you wish to donate your ticket purchase, please email Dale Lawrence at dale@hstt.org. We thank you in advance for considering this generous option.
  • If you are unable to attend and unable to donate your ticket purchase, please email dale@hstt.org to arrange for a refund of your ticket purchase. You can also call 530-582-2468 to make refund arrangements, however, with our limited office staff, emailing is the fastest way to get a ticket refund.

The deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is June 30, 2020. If an attendee would like to transfer their ticket to another attendee, please inform HSTT of the guest name change.

Refund requests must be received by the stated refund deadline of June 30, 2020. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend the event.
